Billing Entity: All transactions are processed under "Aiir Ventures". Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

03 Brand-Specific Policies

3.1 Aiir Travel (Travel & Tourism)

Important Notes for Travel:

  • Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation and refund policies.
  • Hotel bookings may have separate cancellation terms.
  • Visa, embassy, and consular fees are non-refundable.
  • Travel insurance claims are subject to insurer terms and approvals.
  • Peak season and promotional bookings may have stricter policies.

3.2 Aiir Opus (Interior Design)

Custom Design Work: Design concepts, drawings, 3D renders, and other creative outputs are non-refundable once delivered to the client.

No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for a reservation or event without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of any advance payment and/or a no-show fee, as applicable.
