• Aiir Opus (aiiropus.com) – Interior design services for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
• Aiir Dynamics (aiirdynamics.com) – Industrial solutions, B2B distribution, and manufacturing support.
• Aiir Nest (aiirnest.com) – Real estate advisory, property consulting, and investment guidance.
• Aiir Restro/fe (restocafe.in) – Resto café and hospitality services.

04 User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).

7.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Payments will appear on your bank/card statement as "Aiir Ventures".
• We do not store your complete card details on our servers.
• Payment processing is subject to Razorpay’s terms and conditions.

7.3 Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• On-screen payment confirmation.
• Email confirmation with transaction details.
• SMS confirmation (if mobile number is provided).
• Tax invoice/receipt for your records.

08 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The "Aiir" name, logo, and trademarks.
• Brand names: Aiir Travel, Aiir Opus, Aiir Dynamics, Aiir Nest, Aiir Restro/fe.

• Software, source code, and technical implementations.

are the exclusive property of Aiir Ventures and Aiir Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Trademark Notice

The "Aiir" logo is a registered trademark of Aiir Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd. All associated brands operate under the same brand identity and trademark protection.

10 User Conduct

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

• Use our services for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of third-party providers. Their own terms and conditions and privacy policies may also apply to your transactions.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
