This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Aiir Ventures and its brands deliver products, services, and digital content to our customers. As a diversified enterprise, our delivery methods vary based on the nature of the service.
Note: Aiir Ventures primarily operates in the services sector. Physical product delivery applies mainly to Aiir Dynamics (industrial products) and specific merchandise.

2.1 Digital Delivery
For services delivered electronically:

E-tickets and vouchers: Within 2–24 hours of booking.
Design proposals and documents: As per agreed project timeline.

Tour itineraries: Shared 3–5 days before departure.
Visa documents: As per embassy/consulate processing timelines.
Travel document kit (for premium packages): 5–7 days before departure.
3.2 Aiir Opus (Interior Design)
Initial consultation: Within 3–5 business days of booking.
Design concepts: 7–14 days after initial consultation.
3D renders: 5–7 days after design concept approval.
Project execution: As per mutually agreed project schedule.
Final handover: As per contract and completion milestones.
3.3 Aiir Dynamics (Industrial Solutions)
Standard products: 3–7 business days.
Bulk orders: 7–14 business days.
Custom / manufactured items: 15–30 days (varies by product and complexity).
Consulting services: As per engagement and project schedule.
3.4 Aiir Nest (Real Estate)
Initial consultation: Within 2–3 business days of inquiry.
Property shortlist: 3–7 days after requirement discussion.
Site visits: Scheduled as per mutual convenience and property availability.
Documentation support: As per transaction and legal process timelines.
3.5 Aiir Restro/fe (Resto Café)
Table reservations: Instant confirmation via phone/SMS.

Catering orders: Delivered at the scheduled event time.

4.2 Service Delivery
Most services are delivered digitally or rendered at the service location at no additional delivery charge. Any applicable service or visit fees will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
05 Order Tracking
For trackable physical deliveries:
Tracking number and courier details will be shared via email/SMS upon dispatch.
You can track your shipment on our website (if available) or on the courier partner's tracking portal.
Real-time status updates may be provided where supported.
Delivery confirmation notifications will be sent upon successful delivery.
For service-based deliveries (travel, design, consulting, real estate, café reservations), status updates and confirmations are provided via email, SMS, or your account/dashboard (if applicable).
06 Delivery Issues
6.1 Delayed Delivery
If your delivery is delayed beyond the communicated timeline:
We will notify you of the delay and provide an updated delivery estimate.
You may be eligible for compensation, store credit, or discount on future orders (case by case).
For significant delays, you may request cancellation and a full refund (where applicable).
6.2 Failed Delivery
Delivery may fail due to various reasons:
Incorrect or incomplete address: Re-delivery may be arranged at the customer's expense.
Recipient unavailable: Up to 2 re-delivery attempts will be made by our logistics partner.
Refused delivery: Shipment may be returned; refund (if applicable) will be processed minus shipping and handling costs.
6.3 Damaged Goods
For physically damaged or tampered packages:
Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and details.
We will investigate with the logistics partner.
Full replacement or refund will be provided for verified cases.
Return pickup will be arranged at no extra cost to you.
Important: Please inspect packages at the time of delivery. If you notice visible damage, mention it on the delivery receipt or refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
